Elijah was last seen on July 10, 2017.
Elijah is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: Black.
• HAIR: Black.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 9 inches.
• WEIGHT: 140 pounds.
