UPDATE: According to the Denver News Post and the Fox 31 Denver News, Dale Wiescamp has been found deceased.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE: RIO GRANDE COUNTY — The Rio Grande Sheriff Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 76 year old Dale Wiescamp out of the Rio Grande County, Colorado area.

Dale was last seen on April 17, 2017.  Dale was last seen wearing blue jeans and cowboy boots in the area of 630 Grade Avenue in Del Norte.  Del Norte is northwest of Alamosa.  Dale may be in his vehicle, a 2002 White Honda CRV with Colorado license plate number 764DCP.

Dale is described as:

• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: White.
• HAIR: Balding.
• EYES: Green.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 11 inches.
• WEIGHT: 210 pounds.
